Project Brief: To excavate and underpin an end of terrace house close to the White Horse at Parson’s Green.. The created subterranean shell reflects the foot-print of the ground floor and also extends below the garage at side of house. The Wykamol waterproofing system is supported by a twin sumpflo pump to remove ground water & condensation, whilst the basement bathroom required a separate Magna360ProTwin (Macerator) sewage pump to raise foul water up to the level of the existing sewage network.
