Pool House
Project Brief: Refurbishment of the existing house including the addition of a rear, split-level, single-storey extension. The conversion of the garage into habitable accommodation. The addition of a front first floor extension. The conversion of the first floor level loft into habitable accommodation including changing the hipped roof to a gable and the addition of a rear dormer. The conversion of the second floor level loft into habitable accommodation, including the addition of a rear dormer.
The pre-existing outdoor swimming pool which was located in the middle of the garden was removed along with the pool surround & retaining walls and the pool void filled-in. A new pool building with gym & sauna was built along the Eastern side of the garden.
